Questions

Frequently
asked questions

The things people ask us before starting a project — pricing, timelines, revisions and who owns what. If your question is not here, just ask.

Pricing & scope

Every project is quoted on scope rather than a fixed menu, because a one-page landing site and a full brand rollout are not the same job. Tell us what you need and roughly when, and you get a written quote with a fixed number — not an hourly guess that grows later.

Yes. Most projects start with 50% up front and the balance on delivery. For longer retainers like social media management we bill monthly, at the start of each month.

No. A single poster is a perfectly good place to start, and plenty of our longer relationships began with one small job.

We tell you before anything moves. If a change adds real work you get a revised quote first, so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise.

Timelines

A logo usually takes about a week. A full brand kit runs two to three weeks. A website is typically three to five weeks depending on how many pages and how fast feedback comes back. Ads and social work start within a few days of kickoff.

Usually yes. Tell us the date up front rather than at the end — if it is tight we will say so honestly instead of accepting and then missing it.

Waiting on feedback and waiting on content. If you can get us your copy, photos and logins early, the whole thing moves noticeably faster.

Working together

Two rounds of revisions are included on design work. In practice most projects land inside that, because we agree the direction before anything gets polished.

One point of contact from the first message to the final file. You will not be handed between account managers.

Email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer, plus a short call at the start and whenever a decision needs talking through rather than typing.

A clear goal, anything you already have — logo files, photos, brand colours — and the deadline. If you do not have brand assets yet, that is fine, that is often the first thing we build.

Files & ownership

Yes. On final payment the work is yours, including source files. We do not hold your files hostage or charge extra to release them.

Everything you need to actually use it — print-ready and web-ready exports, plus the editable source files. For websites you get full access to the hosting and admin.

Absolutely. If you already have brand guidelines we will follow them. If you do not, we can work from what exists and tighten it up as we go.

Services & location

No. We are based in Welland and work across the Niagara region, but most projects run remotely and clients are welcome from anywhere.

That is the point of the studio. Design, content, photography, web and paid ads all sit under one roof, so your ads and your brand actually look like they came from the same place.

Yes. Social media management, ad management and website maintenance all run as monthly retainers. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a retainer afterwards.

Just describe the problem rather than the deliverable. Half our first conversations start with someone saying business is fine but the brand looks dated, and we work backwards from there.

Still unsure

Ask us anything.
No pressure.

Describe what you are trying to do and we will tell you honestly what it takes — even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
